You won’t feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere while living here. The town center is full of nice restaurants, classy shops, spas and salons, etc. The neighborhoods are very cute, like being in a Hallmark movie. The houses are well maintained, with quality architecture and beautiful landscapes. It’s definitely a more high-end town/city.
For making such a big change in geography, I feel very comfortable here. The aircraft types with most scheduled flights are the Airbus A31X/32X and the Bombardier CRJ / Challenger.Current Resident: We just moved here from California in February 2021 and I really love this town. The route with the most departures is the route to Atlanta (ATL) with an average of 100 flights from Detroit Metropolitan Airport every week which is 4% of all weekly departures.
